HELENA, Mont. (AP) - A Billings man and a Laurel woman have claimed lottery prizes from drawings held last month.

Montana Lottery officials say Tony Schweigert of Billings claimed the $50,000 Montana Cash jackpot from the Jan. 22 drawing. He purchased his winning ticket at Conomart Super Store in Billings. He says he doesn’t have any major plans for the money, but said it would help with some medical bills.

Also Wednesday, Teri Achten of Laurel claimed a $10,000 Powerball prize from the Jan. 25 drawing. She bought her ticket at Market Basket in Laurel. She says she plans to use some of her money to take a vacation.
