MONROE, La. (AP) - Louisiana-Monroe coach Todd Berry is welcoming 22 new players to the Warhawks in 2014.

There were 20 players who signed letters of intent on Wednesday, joining two others who had already enrolled for the spring semester.

The class includes four offensive linemen, four wide receivers, three running backs and three quarterbacks.

The quarterbacks include Garrett Smith of Spring Branch, Texas, who had 2,085 yards and 21 touchdowns to go with 685 yards rushing and 11 scores.

On defense, the Warhawks are welcoming three defensive backs, three defensive linemen and two linebackers.
