REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have arrested a man they say robbed a Rehoboth Beach cigarette store.

Police say about 6:10 p.m. Tuesday, a man walked into the DOT Discount Cigarette store on Coastal Highway. Troopers say the man gave an employee a note demanding cash and implied that he had a gun.

The employee gave the man cash and fled.

Police say a trooper saw a man matching the description of the robber about 90 minutes later. He was arrested without incident.

Twenty-year-old Dennis Parkstone of Rehoboth Beach was charged with robbery.
