LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department says maintenance work will require the closure of some lanes on Interstate 430 this week.

The highway department says crews will be performing routine maintenance on the outside northbound and southbound lanes of Interstate 430 on Wednesday and Thursday. The work will be performed on the full length of I-430 between Interstate 40 in North Little Rock and Interstate 30 in Little Rock.

The highway department says the northbound outside lane closures will be Wednesday, while the southbound outside lane closures will be Thursday. Work will be done between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., weather permitting.
