PHOENIX (AP) - Yavapai County authorities are seeking the public’s help in solving a home burglary that occurred sometime in early January.

The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office says the thieves made off with about $15,000 worth of valuables, including electronics and jewelry, from a home in Cordes Lakes.

Deputies responded to the home on Jan. 19, but the burglary likely occurred prior to that date as the homeowners had been out of town for about two weeks.

Authorities say the stolen property includes DVD players, two flat screen televisions, and jewelry worth nearly $10,000.

They are asking anyone with information to contact the Yavapai Silent Witness program at 800-932-3232 or the Sheriff’s Office at 928-771-3260.
