RUDY, Ark. (AP) - Authorities have arrested two men on suspicion of first-degree murder after the discovery of a body buried behind a home in rural Crawford County.

Crawford County Sheriff Ron Brown says a cadaver dog discovered the body Monday in a shallow grave. He tells the Southwest Times Record (https://bit.ly/1rT0yEG ) that the body was buried about 8 to 10 inches in the ground behind a home in Rudy.

Police arrested 19-year-old Nicholas Barrows and 27-year-old Jonathan Bridgewater, who are half-brothers. The sheriff’s office says authorities also discovered pipe bombs and other weapons during a search of the property.

Brown says authorities are still working to identify the body.

Both men remain in the Crawford County jail and authorities did not know if they had attorneys.
