TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - The Arizona Daily Star has changed its website.

Officials with the Tucson newspaper that was founded in 1877 says they were one of the first papers in the country to launch a website 19 years ago.

They’ve expanded it in recent years to deliver news and sports to smartphones and tablets under the name azstarnet.com.

Now, the Star is grouping its digital content under the name tucson.com

Newspaper officials say the website has a new look and improved navigation and the homepage loads twice as fast.
