ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - A suspicious package left at an office building at the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis turned out to be a communion kit.

A spokesman for the archdiocese says St. Paul police were called to the scene shortly after 9 a.m. Tuesday and blasted the package with a high velocity water hose. That caused the box to open and reveal its harmless contents.

The Star Tribune (https://strib.mn/W8Fks8 ) reports a receptionist saw on surveillance camera footage an unidentified man bring the package indoors and leave it at the bottom of a coatrack. She called an employee who moved the package outdoors.
