GOODYEAR, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities have arrested a second suspect in last month’s fatal shooting of a 19-year-old Goodyear man and the wounding of the victim’s stepfather.

Goodyear police say a SWAT team on Tuesday arrested 21-year-old Mitchell Avery Binion on suspicion of first-degree murder in the killing of Davis Justin Jurado.

Bond was set Wednesday at $1 million for Binion after his initial court appearance. He doesn’t have a lawyer yet.

The U.S. Marshals Service previously arrested 24-year-old Andrew Tyraye Moering in the shooting case.

Police say Jurado and his 45-year-old stepfather were shot June 17 at a Goodyear park while allegedly trying to sell marijuana to a man Jurado had met through text messages.
