LUMBERTON, N.C. (AP) - Three people are being held without bond in the Robeson County jail in connection with the shooting death of a convenience store clerk.

A statement from the sheriff’s office says 28-year-old Robert Oneil Williamson was shot and killed as he worked at the store outside of Fairmont Tuesday.

The sheriff’s office identified the suspects as 26-year-old Marcus Taylor Locklear and 16-year-old Garionte Eunique Johnson, both of Fairmont, and 37-year-old David Terrell Mosley of Lumberton.

Locklear, Mosley and Johnson are charged with first-degree murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon. Locklear and Johnson are also charged with conspiracy, and Mosley is also facing a charge of possessing stolen property.

It’s not known if any of the three has attorneys.
