PITTSBURGH (AP) - The body of a man who went missing after he fell off a jet ski on a western Pennsylvania river over the weekend has been found.

Authorities in Armstrong County said Wednesday that the body of the 40-year-old Penn Hills man was found near a marina more than a mile downstream from where he went under on the Allegheny River.

Dive and search crews had been searching since the Sunday accident.

Authorities say Thomas Duane Uzmack was circling a pontoon near Murphy Island when the jet ski capsized. He and a boy riding with him fell off.

The boy, who was wearing a life vest, managed to swim to the boat, but Uzmack didn’t have his life vest fastened and it slipped off.
