NORTHFIELD, Vt. (AP) - Norwich University has a new dean of the College of National Services, which oversees Reserve Officer Training Corps programs.

Air Force Col. Murray Clark is a command pilot with more than 3,700 hours of flight time. Before the Norwich appointment, he served as the Air Force senior service representative and director of strategic leadership in the Department of Command, Leadership, and Management at the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania.

Clark previously served as commander of the 376th Operations Group at Manas Air Base in Kyrgyzstan.

The dean of the College of National Services is the top administrator of the college, who is rotated annually from each of the service branches according to seniority.
