ORO VALLEY, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities in southern Arizona say a missing 70-year-old man has been found dead inside a Tucson office building but no foul play is suspected.

Oro Valley police say the body of a Robert Wesley Carney was located about 9 p.m. Tuesday.

They say his vehicle was found in the area on Monday.

An employee noticed some suspicious activity and called police.

Police say preliminary evidence suggests Carney died from an intentional overdose.

They say Carney was being treated for depression.

He had been reported as missing from his Oro Valley home on June 26.

No other details were immediately released by police, who say an investigation into the death is continuing.
