WAYNESBURG, Pa. (AP) - Authorities say a truck driver who carried water for the oil and gas industry was killed and another driver was injured in a western Pennsylvania crash.

The tanker truck crashed Wednesday afternoon in Clarksville. That’s about 50 miles south of Pittsburgh.

Police say 42-year-old Leroy Melvin Knisley of Clarksburg, W.Va. lost control of the tanker truck on a curve, traveled into the opposite lane, and rolled over a hillside. The driver of a passenger car that was hit suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Allegheny General Hospital.

The truck was owned by E.C.M. Energy Company of Clarksburg.
