MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - Nighttime construction on Interstate 293 southbound in Manchester, New Hampshire, is causing some lane restrictions.
The night lane closures are scheduled in the vicinity of Exit 4 from 7 p.m. Friday until 6 a.m. Saturday. One southbound lane will be open at all times.
The temporary nighttime lane closures are to allow for construction work in the median. This work is necessary to accommodate a lane shift that will take place later this month for a project to replace four “Red Listed” bridges and the rehabilitation of one “Red Listed” bridge at the I-293 Exit 4 Interchange.
The $26.2 million project is scheduled to be completed in November 2016.
