SPEARFISH, S.D. (AP) - Authorities say a Spearfish man whose body was found in the Black Hills in April died of a methamphetamine overdose.

Twenty-six-year-old Robert Keith Johnson went missing in March. His body was discovered a month later in a wooded area on Lookout Mountain.

Hikers found some of Johnson’s belongings on the mountain in March, but a spring storm hampered initial search efforts.

The Black Hills Pioneer says (https://bit.ly/1talVlu) an autopsy report lists meth toxicity as the cause of death.
