CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (AP) - The trial of a man charged with killing four people in Clarksburg has been delayed.

The Exponent Telegram (https://bit.ly/UcZPlW) reports a Harrison County circuit judge Tuesday granted a postponement in the murder trial of Sidney Arthur Muller after both prosecutors and defense attorneys cited incomplete DNA and behavioral tests in the case. The trial was rescheduled to November.

The 28-year-old Muller was scheduled to stand trial in late August. The Fairmont resident is accused of fatally shooting 29-year-old Todd Russell Amos, 26-year-old Christopher Hart, 70-year-old Fred Swiger and his son, 47-year-old Freddie Swiger.

Police say the shootings of Hart and Amos inside an apartment in July 2013 were drug-related. The Swigers were bystanders who were delivering newspapers.
