FALLBROOK, Calif. (AP) - Officials say a husband and wife in their 70s were found dead after a fire burned through their home at a plant nursery they operated in San Diego County.

North County fire officials say they found the couple Friday in the same room of the single-story home at Hong’s Flower nursery.

Their real estate agent Joe Mears tells U-T San Diego (https://bit.ly/1szQGTr ) that 77-year-old Hyon Hong and 76-year-old Chang Hong had run the nursery in Rainbow for 22 years and planned to sell it and return to South Korea for retirement.

Officials say the cause of the fire hasn’t been determined but sheriff’s arson teams and homicide investigators were at the scene.

Firefighters say at least half the home was burning when they arrived and it took about 40 minutes to put it out.
