SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - The driver of a sport utility vehicle in Sioux Falls that ran over and killed a bicyclist Wednesday is not facing any charges.

Twenty-six-year-old Terra Zahn says she never saw Natasha Adams coming down the sidewalk.

Adams was riding on the sidewalk to her job at the Dollar Tree on 41st Street and Minnesota Avenue. Zahn’s white Ford Explorer pulled out of the parking lot of the South Dakota Medical Association and pinned her under the vehicle.

Adams was pronounced dead at the scene. Zahn was not hurt.

Sioux Falls Police Capt. Greg VandeKamp says police consider the crash a tragic accident.
