WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Frawley Stadium in Wilmington has become the first site in Delaware to have an empty seat dedicated to prisoners of war and those missing in action.

The News Journal (https://delonline.us/1qTOjXt ) reports the home of the Wilmington Blue Rocks dedicated the seat on Saturday night with the help of veterans.

The group Rolling Thunder Inc. is behind the effort to dedicate similar chairs nationwide. The group dedicated its first chair in 2012 in Massachusetts.

Patrick Hughes, a member of the group, says he has received positive feedback from Dover Downs about putting a chair at their speedway.
