MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) - A Stevensville man was critically injured when his bicycle was struck by a vehicle in Missoula early Sunday.

Missoula police received a 911 call at about 4:20 a.m. from passers-by who spotted the injured bicyclist lying on the side of the road.

The 37-year-old man was taken to St. Patrick Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition on Sunday afternoon. His name has not been released.

Corporal Bob Campbell says police are investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call Missoula police or Crimestoppers at 406-721-4444.
