GEORGETOWN, Texas (AP) - Rescue crews have located the body of a teenage boy who drowned in a Central Texas lake.

Local dive teams found the 16-year-old’s body Sunday morning. They had been searching for the Round Rock teenager since Friday afternoon.

A city spokesman says the body was found about 50 feet below the surface. The name of the boy has not been released.

Witnesses say the teenager jumped off of a pipe into the lake. He came up for air and then disappeared.

Four people have died at the lake within two months. A 4-year-old boy and his 6-year-old sister drowned earlier this month. A 28-year-old man drowned in June.
