CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Democrat Nick Casey and Republican Alex Mooney will participate in a Charleston candidate forum this week as they battle for an open congressional seat.

The West Virginia Business & Industry Council event Thursday morning will include both 2nd Congressional District hopefuls. The forum will take place at the Charleston Civic Center.
