ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - The software company MediaMath says it is leasing office space in the new World Trade Center tower in lower Manhattan, where it plans to consolidate more than 300 staff from three midtown offices.

City and state officials say the company’s headquarters in 4 World Trade Center is expected to add 200 new jobs this year and up to 800 more over the next five years.

They say its investment is supported by a $5.8 million federally funded grant jointly offered by the state and city economic development agencies.

MediaMath currently has more than 450 employees, with offices in New York, San Francisco, London, Singapore and Tokyo.

Chief executive Joe Zawadzki says they’re looking forward to growing the business in what he called the city’s downtown technology and media community.
