NEW YORK (AP) - Famed photographer Peter Beard has been sued by his model muse who says he owed her 34 signed photographs for two photo shoots.

Natalie White says in her lawsuit that Beard promised her 50 signed photos last fall for a project involving 70 top models. She says he delivered only 16 before suffering a stroke in November.

White was Beard’s creative collaborator.

According to the Daily News (https://nydn.us/1nvl1z1 ), she says Beard agreed to pay her for her services with the photos.

The lawsuit was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.

White says she laid out more than $100,000 of her own money for expenses associated with the project.

The News says Beard did not return a call seeking comment.
