JACKSON, Wyo. (AP) - Officials at Snow King Ski Area in Jackson say they will begin contacting law enforcement when hikers and bikers ignore area closures.

The Jackson Hole News & Guide reports (https://bit.ly/Us6sBe ) that portions of Snow King have been fenced office since early June while construction crews have been installing new snowmaking equipment.

Snow King marketing consultant Tim Flanagan says some residents have continued to hike and bike in the fenced-off areas.

Flanagan says the area will begin calling the sheriff’s department to have people cited for trespassing if they enter closed areas.
