NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - The Tennessee Titans have added a rookie offensive lineman to their roster for training camp with starting right guard Andy Levitre busy recovering from an appendectomy.

The Titans announced Friday they signed free agent guard Kevin Danser to the roster and waived tight end Adam Schiltz.

The 6-foot-5, 290-pound Danser started two of his four seasons at Stanford at guard, and he was part of a line that ranked 11th nationally in sacks allowed as a senior. He took part in the Titans’ rookie minicamp in May on a tryout.

Danser will add depth with Levitre placed on the non-football injury list. Levitre had an appendectomy Thursday and is expected to miss two weeks.
