BOURG, La. (AP) - The Grand Caillou-Dulac Band of the Biloxi-Chitimacha-Choctaw tribe is planning a celebration to mark the 10th anniversary of receiving formal recognition by the state.

The Courier reports (https://bit.ly/1nx8GMg ) the event is planned Aug 2 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Grand Bois Park in the Terrebonne Parish community of Bourg.
