MASON CITY, Iowa (AP) - A Mason City man suspected of setting a neighboring house ablaze is expected to change his pleas.

The Mason City Globe Gazette says (https://bit.ly/1qEJjJH ) a plea change hearing is scheduled July 14 for Roger Kuck, who has already pleaded not guilty. He’s accused of starting a fire and burglarizing a house across a street from his residence on Oct. 30 last year. The house was vacant.

Online court documents don’t say what Kuck’s plea or pleas will be or on which of the charges.

His trial had been scheduled to begin July 15.
