COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - South Carolina voters can go to their county election office to get a free voter registration card that includes their photo. It is among five forms of photo ID that voters can show at the polls. As of July 1, nearly 23,200 photo cards had been created statewide since they became available in December 2012. The numbers don’t necessarily match voters receiving the cards, since they can include test runs and redos. Ten counties accounted for 68 percent of all cards made:

-Richland: 3,297

-Darlington: 2,505

-Florence: 2,442

-Charleston: 1,772

-Lexington: 1,433

-Marion: 1,005

-Orangeburg: 986

-Sumter: 917

-York: 729

-Beaufort: 618
