ARDEN, Del. (AP) - State police have identified the two men killed in a crash involving a driver who had fled from an earlier collision.

Police say 53-year-old Stephen Rementer of Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, was the driver who fled Saturday afternoon. Police say he then crashed his car head-on into a car driven by 68-year-old John Hawrylak of Wilmington.

Neither man was wearing a seatbelt. The crash remains under investigation, and police have said toxicology reports on Rementer are pending.
