CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio (AP) - A judge has set bail at $1 million each for three men charged in a robbery and shooting that resulted in the death of a popular suburban Cleveland restaurant owner.

The Northeast Ohio Media Group (https://bit.ly/1pV6oZ2) reports that a Cleveland Heights Municipal Court judge set the bails Monday. Court records show each man is being held on charges of aggravated murder, aggravated robbery and kidnapping.

Police say 61-year-old Jim Brennan was shot June 30 during an attempted robbery at his Brennan’s Colony restaurant. He died at a hospital.

Court records show a fourth man is charged with obstructing justice and tampering with evidence. The Northeast Ohio Media Group reports his bail was set at $500,000

A grand jury is expected to review all four cases to determine how they proceed.
