HAVRE, Mont. (AP) - A 24-year-old man has drowned at Brown’s Reservoir on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation.

Hill County Sheriff Don Brostrom tells KOJM-AM that Thomas Edward Bernard of Box Elder drowned Friday.

Bernard was last seen at about 5 p.m. Friday. Brostrom says Rocky Boy police called the sheriff’s office at about 8:30 p.m.

Hill County Search and Rescue helped Rocky Boy police search for Bernard Friday evening and again on Saturday. His body was recovered at about 5 p.m. Saturday.

Brostrom says the drowning is still being investigated.
