LONGMONT, Colo. (AP) - A Longmont man is accused of selling marijuana from his apartment to at least two high school students.

The Daily Camera reports (https://bit.ly/1oCh6jn ) that police charged 47-year-old Stephen Tuggle after high school students at Silver Creek High School identified him as the source of their marijuana.

Tuggle was arrested on suspicion of selling marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. If he is convicted of selling marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, he faces at least eight years in prison.

One student told authorities that he knew as many as 20 students who were buying marijuana from Tuggle. Tuggle was being held in jail on a $50,000 bond.
