MACON, Ga. (AP) - Authorities in central Georgia are investigating a fire that claimed a woman’s life.

Bibb County Assistant Coroner Lonnie Miley said the blaze happened Sunday at North Napier Apartments on Napier Avenue in Macon.ds

Authorities said 43-year-old Barbara Heel was taken to the Coliseum Medical Center, where she later died.
