CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - Police in Concord, New Hampshire, have identified the man whose body was discovered on railroad tracks in the city over the weekend.

Police said 49-year-old Shaune Milligan, who was homeless, was found dead on Saturday.

Police said based on their initial investigation, it appeared as if Milligan might have died the previous evening. An autopsy was scheduled for Monday.
