LAS CRUCES, N.M. (AP) - The student association at New Mexico State University is launching a pilot program to provide disabled students with door-to-door bus service at the university’s main campus in Las Cruces.

The Las Cruces Sun-News (https://bit.ly/TNBwur ) reports that the service being launched this fall will be called Aggie ParaTransit and serve riders who are disabled under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Las Cruces’ RoadRunner Transit will operate the curb-to-curb bus service that will take students between their homes and classes for free.
