WATERTOWN, S.D. (AP) - A tanker truck that tipped on its side spilled about 50 gallons of diesel fuel and gasoline just east of Watertown.

KWAT radio reports that the truck carrying about 8,000 gallons of fuel tipped midday Wednesday as it entered an Interstate 29 ramp from U.S. Highway 212. Motorists were rerouted for several hours while the mess was cleaned up.

The truck driver was not hurt.

The Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate.
