SHAKOPEE, Minn. (AP) - An accused drunken driver is charged with vehicular homicide in a hit-and-run crash in Scott County that injured a woman and ended her pregnancy.

Prosecutors say Eric Healy and a passenger fled from their pickup after hitting the woman’s car in Prior Lake May 31. Police say the keys were left in the ignition, the radio was on and a bottle of rum was left in the truck.

KSTP-TV (https://bit.ly/1qGuJOF ) reports the driver of the car, 31-year-old Tam Huynh-Johnson, was treated at the scene, but later went to the hospital when she experienced pain. A criminal complaint says an ultra sound found her five-month-old fetus had died.

Police arrested Healy June 5. Court records do not list an attorney for Healy whose phone number was not listed in public records.
