NEWPORT, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police say an overturned million machine closed multiple lanes of southbound Interstate 95 for a time near Newport.

The News Journal (https://delonline.us/1kwObIx ) reports the crash occurred Friday afternoon between two I-495 off-ramps. All lanes had reopened by 4 p.m.

A construction crew was dropping off equipment for later construction at the time of the accident. As one man backed a milling machine onto the left shoulder of I-95, the machine tipped over. Police say the operator was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

Several lanes of the highway were closed while crews worked to bring the machine upright.
