NORTHFIELD, Vt. (AP) - Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is going to be speaking at Norwich University in Northfield.

Rice will be the keynote speaker on Thursday, June 19, during an on-campus residency for online students in Norwich’s College of Graduate and Continuing Studies.

She served as secretary of state during the second term of President George W. Bush. During Bush’s first term she served as national security adviser.

The 10 a.m. talk is free and open to the public, but tickets and pre-registration are required.
