OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Law enforcement authorities have arrested a man wanted on complaints of murder and rape after one woman was found dead and another was hospitalized.

The Village Deputy Police Chief Steve Jagosh says 47-year-old Albert Johnson was arrested Friday in Bethany.

The Oklahoman reports (https://bit.ly/UCh2Gl ) that The Village police responded to a reported assault early Friday and found two women badly injured inside the home.

Twenty-four-year-old Rachel Rogers and a woman police did not identify were taken to a hospital where Rogers later died. Police did not say how she died or what weapon their attacker might have used. Police say Johnson is the boyfriend of the hospitalized woman.

The Oklahoma Department of Corrections says Johnson has spent more than 20 years in prison for convictions of rape, kidnapping and robbery.
