GREELEY, Colo. (AP) - Authorities are investigating an officer-involved shooting that happened during a confrontation in east Greeley.

The Greeley Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/1hXxAmO ) officers were called just after 1:30 a.m. Saturday after witnesses reported a man with a gun. Police say shots were fired, and the suspect was injured. No officers were hurt during the confrontation, and it’s unclear how many shots were fired.

The suspect’s name and condition have not been released, and police have not said what led to the shooting.
