LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Little Rock police say one man has died and another injured after shots were fired Saturday evening.

Police say an officer responded to an apartment complex Saturday around 7:45 p.m. after hearing gunshots. Twenty-nine-year-old Tory Wade was transported to a local hospital with gunshot wounds.

Two witnesses told police that Wade had apparently been shot in a parking lot. Police later conducted a traffic stop and found another man had been shot as well. Forty-four-year-old Laron Ware was transported to a local hospital where he died from the gunshot wounds. Police interviewed several people who were released without charges.
