CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (AP) - Police in Central Falls are investigating the stabbing of a 17-year-old boy, who is expected to survive.

Police Chief James Mendonca says officers responded to a fight on Dexter Street shortly after 10:30 p.m. Saturday and found the boy with a stab wound.

Mendonca says the victim is being treated for a non-life threatening injury at Memorial Hospital in Pawtucket.

No arrests have been announced.

Police are looking for other people who were at the scene Saturday night.
