BELFAST, Maine (AP) - Thousands of cyclists are finishing up a 180-mile journey across Maine to raise money for the American Lung Association.

The 30th annual Trek Across Maine ride ends on Sunday at Steamboat Landing Park in Belfast. The three-day event kicked off on Friday at the River Ski Resort in Newry.

Cyclists spent the night at the University of Maine Farmington on Friday and at Colby College in Waterville on Saturday.

The association has raised $22 million through the event over the last 29 years. It hopes to raise $2 million this year.
