LEWISVILLE, Texas (AP) - Search crews are trying to find a man believed to have drowned after jumping into a North Texas lake to help his nephew.

Authorities say a man wearing a lifejacket went into Lake Lewisville to cool off on Sunday, but could not swim and the boat started to drift away. The man’s uncle, who wasn’t wearing a life jacket, then jumped in to help. He went under and never surfaced.

Fort Worth television station KXAS reports (https://bit.ly/1y8KT8x ) Texas Parks and Wildlife search crews were set to resume the search Monday using sonar equipment.
