PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) - Authorities have released the name of a 26-year-old man accused of leaving the scene of a fatal accident in Pueblo.

Police say Frankie Perea crashed when he failed to negotiate a turn in the southwestern part of the city Friday. He and two other passengers are accused of fleeing the scene, leaving 16-year-old Bernadette Trujillo dead in the vehicle.

The Pueblo Chieftain reports (https://bit.ly/1pamqLM ) a warrant has been issued for Perea, who faces charges of vehicular homicide, failure to remain at a scene of an accident involving death and driving under suspension.
