MCALLEN, Texas (AP) - McAllen police have arrested three men in a drug kidnapping over the weekend after stopping their vehicle.

Police Chief Victor Rodriguez tells the Monitor in McAllen (https://bit.ly/1kXOalR ) that after police responded to a disturbance in progress at a home on Saturday morning, preliminary information indicated three men came to the home to discuss an apparent drug debt.
