BOTHELL, Wash. (AP) - Construction is scheduled to start next month on a new $47 million city hall in Bothell.

The Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce reports (https://bit.ly/1kH0y4B) the city picked Vulcan Real Estate for the project in 2011 but delayed work to focus on highway realignments that are part of downtown redevelopment.

When construction is completed in about 15 months the new City Hall will consolidate about 200 employees who are currently split among the current City Hall and other buildings in the north Seattle suburb.
